  1. Take chicken pieces in a bowl add all the ingredients except 3 things(maida chane Ka aata and cornflour) mix well and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Take out and keep aside for 30 mins
  3. Then add chane Ka aata + maida + cornflour and mix it.
  4. Heat oil in a deep kadhai or pan.when oil is hot put chicken pieces and fry untill crispy remove on a tissue to discard excess oil if any.
