- When the oil is at 350° start frying and fry for 5 mins or until internal temperature is 165°.
- About halfway through frying chicken start boiling spaghetti noodles and cook according to package directions.
- When noodles are done add spaghetti sauce and mix well.
- Place cooked chicken on a baking sheet and put spaghetti sauce with fresh chopped basil on top. Slather it with parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
- Put oven broiler on high and bake for around 5 mins or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- NOTE**** make it your own. I added sauteed onions and mushrooms to my noodles. Also use any type of cheese. I also added asiago as well.
